Winay is a program developed by the Fundación Gen E that accompanies, through a holistic and comprehensive strengthening process, entrepreneurs from vulnerable backgrounds who drive projects that contribute to job creation and the development of their community. It focuses on training, mentoring, visibility, and linkage between entrepreneurs and companies. Incorporating tools such as finance, marketing and advertising, well-being and spirituality, leadership, pitching, business model, and much more. But above all, they seek to accompany in the process of recognizing their value as individuals and as entrepreneurs.
