Winay is a program developed by the Fundación Gen E that supports entrepreneurs from vulnerable backgrounds who drive projects contributing to job creation and the development of their communities.

It focuses on training, mentorship, visibility, and connecting entrepreneurs with businesses. The program incorporates tools in areas like finance, marketing and advertising, well-being and spirituality, leadership, pitching, business modeling, and much more. Above all, it aims to support entrepreneurs in recognizing their value as individuals and as business owners.
